Scotch Beef Shop staff working hard as ever
The Scotch Beef Shop is located at 23 Woolton Street in Woolton Village, Liverpool. It is owned and run by Anthony Hayes and Neil Dingley.
Anthony and Neil have over 40 years experience in the meat trade between them, ranging from Abbatoir Supervision to Retail Management. Both have learnt their trade in high quality butchers' shops, ensuring that they are skilled in the arts of traditional butchery.
Anthony and Neil also have academic qualifications to compliment their practical skills, and are trained in HACCP systems and their implementation. HACCP (or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a system which helps us to ensure the safety of meat, meat products and other foods which we sell, and to see that they pose the least possible risk of illness or injury to our customers. The Scotch Beef Shop has a full HACCP system in place, which is constantly updated.
At the Scotch Beef Shop we make our own award winning sausages (including gluten-free) and black pudding, cure our own bacon and provide our own cooked meats, as well as an excellent selection of oven-ready meats. We also supply an extensive range of burgers and grills together with other marinated products.
