All cattle are now issued with a cattle passport from the British Cattle Movement Service, which details the animal's date of birth, breed and issue date. This passport follows the animal to wherever it is transported.

Boxed cuts of meat are loaded using sealed bays which maintain a constant temperature before being despatched to customers throughout the UK using Scotch Premier's dedicated fleet of temperature controlled vehicles.
